It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you under the banner of Looitporia,
The aim and objective of this association is to carry out cultural, social, educational and other development work for the promotion of Assameses culture, literature , language and to help Assamese people in Hyderabad as a nonprofit organization.

Since the time Looitporia was formed (in 2003), it has carried out many social and cultural activities in the past. Because of relocation of many executive and active members out of Hyderabad, the association had stopped functioning in between. Hence to restart the activities of the association, few of us along with earlier members have joined together to form an executive body with the intention of reviving Looitporia to its earlier glory .
